When I answer the phone, they hang on, say nothing and then hangs up.When I called the number back it was a recording stating, "we cannot take your call at this time, please try again later." I don't recognize this number and don't know who this person is or why they are calling me.

I received a call from this number twice now. Once in 7/08/2016 and once 7/19/2016. I did not answer because I did not recognize the area code. They did not leave a message.
Received a call from this # I don't recognize, while on the line, so I ignored it - they left no message.
I don't even care enough to look into them further than right here with y'all... Blocking!
This number calls at least once every day. Don't answer and when they reach the answer machine, they hang up. We have Caller ID on our landline and the name Joyce Meyer comes up along with the number. Don't know anyone by that name or anyone in Missouri for that matter.
