file suit against them and the phone companies that they use, under telpephone consumer protection act, as each call carries 1500 in phone call, if asked them to stop calling, and do not. and if on do not call registry and they call you , is even more evidence to prove to not call.
a debt collector can only call you three times in a week, and if call you more then that, or by email, to collect a debt then they are in violations of fair debt collections violations.
