Call started yesterday, which I did answer. It was an autmated message from Citibank stating there has been a change in my mortgage and was transferring me. I have NO change in it and am paid up to date and in full. I hung up. The number dialed again this morning on my cell phone and I have marked it as spam. My smartphoe will automatically put it to voice mail from now on. I agree with other readers, it's just another harassing phone call from Citibank.

Caller called and asked for last three digits of my social security number. wanted to speak to either my husband or myself.
When i called back, i received a message saying the number is not a working number.
