2 hang up calls in a row...that number, and many others along with numerous addresses in Chesterfield, Mo., Florida., etc., belonging to a Constantine Panos. Never heard of this person! Would imagine it's some sort of scam!
Didn't recognize the area code coming into my cell phone, so I ignored it, and waited for the full number on "Missed Call". They didn't leave any message, and after seeing the other comments on this website, have chosen not to return that call. Another Do-Not-Call failure!!
