I'm going through the same thing with this company. Like yourself I too am willing to make arrangements. Where do I need to look to know what actions I can take.
Larry Lamb states arrogantly that he's been doing collections for most of his life and is the best at what he does. And he will insult you as he tells you how wonderful he is. Loves to threaten and tell you he'll put you out of business. He'll call constantly everyday. Insults you, demeaning. No matter how cordial. He is a complete _____ (fill in).
Not even worthwhile to ever pick up the phone. He is not reasonable even if you would like to go on a payment plan.
This guy is good at was he does. Had me scared that i was going to lose my business when i had been dealing in payment arrangements until he bought this debt. I was a few grand delinquent on a 15k loan. He demanded full payment by the end of the month(9 days) or he would be coming to seize all my business assists and personal. I had all attentions to settle this debt with payment arrangements, but this guy was so demanding with his THREATS that i did my research to find out my legal rights. Turns out he just bought my debt and if he HAD been willing to arrange payments he would have gotten his money. Thanks Mr. Lamb
