Got this call at 3 pm today. didn't care to answer, didn't recognize the number plus the area code isn't within my state. How it's sounding, I was much better off letting the phone ring. No voicemail left, no credit card either. Why isn't this stuff illegal yet?

this number called me around 11:40am and they left a voicemail talking about my credit card and to call them back to using an 1800 number it's a scam
