This is a new tactic. The number on the caller ID actually reveals that they are looking for mortgage sales telemarketers when you google the number. But they are calling you to refinance if you just agree to send them close to 1000 bucks. You may be on their list because you earned a degree from a public university in Missouri or have a VA loan. How dare a company target the military for their foreclosure attempts?
If you answered a wanted ad it probably looked like this
"Telephone sales, unique position. Hourly + Commission, must be good at phone sales or don't bother calling. Hours are 4:30pm - 8:30pm Monday through Thursday and could turn into a full time position.
