I reported this number to the FBI fraud dept (and a few others) automated message said Bank of America, calling about a loan application. Then to call another number. I have not applied for any loans so someone (for the 2nd time) is trying to get a loan in my name fraudulently. I called the police and filed a report. I got at call at 9:46pm from St. Charles, MO and the caller identified himself as doing a survey for BB&T Bank and began asking questions about my account. I immediately told him I though he was not legitimate and hung up. I called the number back and they have a professional sounding voice message identifying themselves as the Meritz Research Co. I then called my bank and they said they were not doing a survey and that it was someone fishing for info. BEWARE PEOPLE - people spend more time trying to steal our money than we do to make it.
I keep a record of these calls. I comes up "Maritz Reseach" and they are a scam. Had several calls from them in April and the spring of 2013 from 636-203-7123. Blocked that number and I got 10 calls from it that I kept track of before they gave up and quit calling. Today they called on 636-373-9659. Never have answered. Caller ID reads St. Charles, MO.
I got this call too! It funny when I play the PCH game ,they called. When I don't play the PCH game for over two years,they don't call. When I return to play the "PCH" they call again this year! "PCH" stand for "Publishers Clearing House !" This is funny ,really! But why would they want to call me? After looking thru. "You Tube" website,they said that this call is a SCAM! Really? Why we were told NOT TO ANSWER THIS CALL? WELL? Well I follow these stupid rules from PCH, like they said ,DO NOT ANSWER THESE SCAMMER CALLERS!!!!! That go for "MARITZ RESEARCH !"
