i got a similar message tonight and i am on sprint too - is there a pattern here?

I've been recieving the same message for a while saying " I saw your profile online, wanna chat?" I have no idea who has been sending it and that's because I recently changed my number and I'm still getting it. All my friends never get this message. Why me?????
