As I read these posts, it becomes apparent that he is scamming through Paypal. Block the number if you have a smart phone-but not before you add to THIS list that there are only bogus calls coming from this number. Let's put this jack-[***] out of business.
If you have a smart phone, block their number. It'll give you some peace. They really must be desperate. If they worked this hard at a REAL job, they would be making decent money by the time put in alone.
