automated call said I could lower my interest rate on my credit card. push 9 and stay on the line to get more info. I hung up. and blocked the number. It does not even tell you a name of a credit card. I am sure it is a scam."

Answered and pushed 9 to try and have them take me off their phone list. My phone is on the Do Not Call Registry. Woman answered without identifying herself or her company. When I asked to have my number of the list she said "Good luck with that. How about you hang up and ignore the call like an adult" and then hung up. Woah. Now sitting here thinking about all the "How about you..." statements I'd like to spit back at her.
WARNING--BEWARE!! These callers are B I G credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under NO circumstances, give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
I don't know anybody in Missouri so I didn't answer.
I don't let these people upset me. Why should I? Takes just a few seconds to add their number to my blocked number list and on with my day. Scam calls, junk mail, surveys...they're a part of life, like insects. I just swat them out of the way. We 'win' by ignoring them as efficiently as possible.
Just got a call from this number. didn't answer since I was at work and they didn't call back. when I tried calling back it says the number you have dialed is no longer a working number.
