A voicemail from 800-288-1025 (no other caller ID info) had my name and address in it, but did not identify the calling party other than by a first name of "Deana" or something similar. It requested a call back to 636-449-8158 and noted they were there until 8p.m., which was originally answered by an "All customer service representatives are busy" message without identifying the calling party at all.
Later, after 8p.m., the 636 number was answered by
"Your call is being answered by Audix. Shamica is busy..." - again, without identifying the calling party at all.
The next day: the 800-288-1025 number calls again, midday, again with a recorded message. It may have been a different, still female, voice. This one is in regards to "an important business matter" - I don't recall my name being mentioned, though they definitely did not tell me my address this time.
More interesting, the recorded message this time requested a callback on the 800 number (side note: where caller ID blocking does not work).
Caling the 636 number during business hours got an automated system that started off with a continuous 'All customer service representatives are busy. Your call will be answered in the order received.' - no music, just that message several times. Then I was transferred to... voicemail! "Your call is being answered by Audix..." - I hung up.
If anyone else is getting this garbage, please post a short note.
I also got this message with my name and it says my name is deanna this call is for my husbands name concerning your property and then our street name . I need a call back by the end of business today, someone will be in the office until 8 pm.
yes, I have also recieved several messages from this same number. (636)448-8158. They are accompanied by a message by someone who calls himself "tom", and each message sounds more and more aggresive. the last one said "my next course of action is to call you at your place of employment".
He also says that he is calling about your property at such and such....
and that he is from the "lien department". huh? So i called after I got home late tonight, because I figured that i could hear a recording that would tell me what this company is before I called during business hours. and there was a recording that said "your call is being answered by audix.."shamica" is busy..." I thought I dialed the wrong number for sure, and dialed again. and I got the same message.

if this is a scam, its rediculous, because he is leaving harrasing messages with my name and address on my machine during daytime hours.
does anyone have any information about this? what can we do to make it stop?
