Who called from 6364890083

The phone rang at 5:00 yesterday evening I picked it up, said hello, some guy said UHHHHH, then hung up.  I guess I didn't sound like his boyfriend.

The so called "troopers association." I finally answered to find out who kept calling me from this number. Don't bother to answer this one.

Called again 8/06, caller ID Unknown Name.  I don't know what planet they're calling from but there's no intelligent life there.

Called at 10:30AM and identified themselves as the Wishing Well Foundation. This charity is listed as the worst charity in the country. Approxiumately eight cents out of every dollar goes to charity.
