Who called from 6365100000

Just received a call from this number answer it and all they did was hang up

Caller with heavy Indian accent called about my "computer." I informed him that I did not own one and he hung up.

They are scammers. Want you to turn control of your PC over to them. They will then hack your PC.

Caller with heavy Indian accent claimed to be from the Fed Grant Dept with a $7,000 grant for me. All I need to do is go to Western Union and get it. Told him I cannot go right now. Says he will call me tomorrow.

You do know this is a scam??  There is NO grant (and it is illegal to have to pay I'm order to get one).,
