Same old incoherent windows scam. Second call. different number. All #'s end in "No Name, just number twice on Caller -0000"
Called back. Long pause. Heavy accent. Calling to save me from Windows.
You can tell them all you want but they don't have a do not call list because they're scammers and they don't care if you don't want to be called. Just block the number if you want to stop the scam.
