You know, it's really too bad these people don't get it. Especially when they have a script to read..? this guy sounded foreign, said three or four words in some odd language, then said,"BYE", then left the phone off the hook! You could hear similar conversations going on all over the room...what an idiot!
Another false 'Microsoft fix'! I have received at least one or two per day, from multiple area codes for last couple of weeks. I block them immediately but they just pop up like mushrooms. Has gotten a lot worse since I moved into a 'Independent Senior Living' building...sigh.
Guy with foreign accent called me tonight and wanted to tell me that the US Government was giving away $9000 in free grant money to 1500 people. Provided a confirmation number of NT213 and a phone number: 202-495-1371. here we go again........
