Yes, be careful with this one. The caller makes it sound like he has talked to you before and is pretending to be following up on previous discussions about your credit card, interest rates, and monthly payments. Very low key approach, not a fast sales pitch, it's as if he and you are acquainted. Very smooth. Glad I checked here. It's a variation on the "lower your interest rate, last offer" but without the ramped up hype and volume.

Caller ID shows 636-528-6202. The callback number he leaves is 1-888-442-0803.

Addition to my previous post. The other technique in this pitch is the talker starts talking in the middle of a sentence and so doesn't introduce himself or his company. Pretending that the first part of his message is cut off  (of course, there is no first part of the message). A very slick technique.
