Call received on 4/22/14... Caller ID: SeniorSolutions. This call was intercepted by my Sentry Call-Blocker, and
is now on my Blocked Call list. so in the event of any additional calls from this number, it will only ring once and stop.
To those who complain that they are "On the Do Not Call List"....please be aware being on the DNC list has no
bearing on stopping these calls, as they are bypassing/ignoring the DNC list to begin with, so they are not likely
to do anything with your request to "remove my number from your list". Best approach is just not answer.
I get a call from this number about once a day or once every other day, and this has been going on for about two months. The caller ID says "Senior Solutions". They never leave a message, so I don't know what they want. It's likely a survey or telemarketing call.
I received the same call from "Senior Solutions" with caller ID giving same tel. #. The call was unsolicited. Before the "live" caller got to far along, I explained that I was on both the state and federal no call lists and that the call was subject reporting and that I did not accept unsolicited calls. I got an "O.K." with the rest mumbled. I decided to take the time to make an online "No Call Complaint." When I started filling in the complaint, the computer form memory started filling in the data automatically. I checked my call log and found that I had the same caller listed about two weeks ago when I would have told them what I told today's caller.
That was added to the "No Call Complaint." I sincerely hope that both state and federal no call laws are "tightened up." I know that I have good reasons for not accepting unsolicited calls and many others have as well.
With caller ID, I have not been answering repeated calls from this company. Today I picked up and as soon as the person on the other end mispronounced my name, I requested that they remove my name from their list. "OK, not a problem," was the response. Only time will tell if it will help.
