In our case, 636-549-4106 showed in our caller ID, but the caller was shilling for Isuzu trucks (fleet). The number she gave was our local area code (which isn't 636 by a long shot). So it's not specifically Isuzu, but Isuzu happened to pay these people to make calls for them.
