(636) 549-4191 said local caller for me too, but it is up in st louis. I called back and the recording said something like Missouri assciation of firefighters...same bunch that is constantly calling for donations.
Caller ID showed "LOCAL CALL" from 636-549-4191 and area code 636 is clear across the state in another area code so couldn't have been a local call. ID name must have been rigged to say that.
