This number shows up on my cell phone several times a day with no message ever left. I am tired of it. I refuse to answer a call from a number I don't know. I am tempted to get a dog whistle and blow it in their ear. Maybe that would stop them.
They have called several times, never leaving a voicemail, so today I answered it (hate answering unknown numbers but was curious) and it was a company that gives you college information for going back to school.
