Who called from 6365869719

Just got a call from a male saying hello and that's it he had a accent like be was asian or something along those lines

I missed the call, but got the following txt message:

You've got a new voicemail from (636) 586-9719.  Preview: (888) 442-0881 again that is toll free at 1(888) 442-0881.

SCAM!!

I keep getting message about lowering my interest rates, and he tries to sound all casual like we're friends and he's been "researching" something for me.

#1 - I do not have a single credit card.
#2 - I do not have a mortgage
#3 - I hate telemarkets

Just got the call right now.  I said, "Hello?" multiple times without a single reply from the other side.

A man said hello once and then never spoke again. Called back and the number is out of service. Then looked the number online and came up with this website with more complaints about this same phone number.
