Keep getting calls from this number several times a month. I get notification of calls to my home number on my cell thru Truecaller. It identified the call as from Racine. Don't know anyone by that name.
I had some time to play so I picked up and said "hello". Oh no, Card Holder Services is alive and scamming again although it wasn't our old buddy Rachel. They played a recording about credit card debt and then said press 9 to talk to an operator. No second number was provided to remove your number from their calling list which we all know would be an exercise in futility anyway. I pressed 5 as an experiment to see what would happen. It went to a music on hold at their end so I did the same thing on my end. My phone has a very annoying music on hold using beep tones rather than real music. I let it play for about a minute and then picked up to see if they were still there. A lady said "That sounds nice. Play it again." Me being a very accommodating person, put her back on "musical" hold as requested until she hung up.
These are credit card scammers that say your credit card company want them to offer you lower interest rate!!!!!
No credit card co. is going to have another co. call their customers to offer lower interest rates and want your credit no.!! Scam, no good, no conscience etc.
