telemarketer rang my cell phone 2 rings and hung up......no message left

Called twice and left 2 voicemails that were completely silent.

Called me cell, left no message.  Not the first time.

Just called. No message

This is a new cell phone scam going around that the cell phone companies don't know how to combat.  The company, from oversees, uses a dialer preempted with a local area code to call your cell phone, but hangs-up, hoping you will call the number back.  When you call the number back, your phone is charged with a toll, like a collect call.
