Your comment is absurd to say the least. Hopefully, you will never have a mistake made on your account. In our case this harrassing phone calls from "Delta" 636-614-0193 are for a former employee, not employed here for years now.
Just "paying your bills" is not enough to stop these types of phone calls. They get paid for each answer, regardless of whether they reach the correct person or make a collection.
