Yup - same here.  Hello and a disconnect.  I'm in PA - 717 area code.

He called and said "uh, hi" and then was quiet despite several prompts. He then hung up. My number is unlisted.

Got a missed message from this number to a cell phone while driving, but they didn't leave any voicemail.  I NEVER call back without voicemail.  Thought this was over when they indicted the guy who kept calling.  This is a dangerous practice; wish they'd make penalties!

Ya, got a phone call, said hello, they said hello and then got disconnected..
