I have been receiving unwarranted calls from them for the last week.  I called back and got a live person saying "Thank you for calling Auto Protect (or Direct), how may I help you"  There was also a lot of background chatter making it difficult to even hear the person.  Before calling, I checked the number out online and found that the number was listed as Unpublished, whcih made me think why a legitimate business would not want their name listed???
