This guy is a professional scammer. He is the biggest con artist that I have ever heard or seen in my entire life. Stay away from him - he is very DANGEROUS.
Because of him, I lost my entire life savings and retirement money. It's a long story but I will briefly share my experiences which I had with him over the course of a five month period.
It started in July, 2014. How we met was that he contacted me by email through an online meet-up group.com site. His email was very cordial and he said that his name was Jack Wilson and that he was a pipeline engineer based in Missouri, USA. From there, we started exchanging emails almost every other day.
His emails were very charming, polite and well-written. They were so well done in fact that I fell for his romantic gestures, which led me to believe almost anything he told me.
After a month, in August, he said he had been awarded a big engineering project to go to Indonesia. At that time I asked him for his phone number and photos, which he then supplied. He called me for the first time and his voice had a very heavy Nigerian accent, but the photo was of a younger white looking gentleman who appeared to be younger than his supposed 50 years of age.
Every time I questioned his authenticity, he always knew how to counteract my doubts. He even emailed me the contract related to the project, which seemed legitimate but I later on learned was a total hoax.
He had my sympathy and this led to me loaning him money. I believed him, I didn't know for sure whether or not it was a scam, but we were by then well into November and he was still asking me to send him more and more money.
It was at this time that I asked him for a copy of his passport to verify his identity. Instead he supplied me with what looked like a plane ticket, which I found out later that anybody can forge and print up.
