Caller had every connotation of being a telemarketer from asking for the owener by first name only, to the condescending tone in his voice.  He insisted he calls every other month to discuss business, although I've NEVER taken a call from him and I'm the ONLY one who answers the phone. Caller ID said "Trinity Product"
