This number has been bothering me since 8.26.09 for a total of eight calls. I live in California and know nobody in the area code of 636. I have never picked up and never will. I put them into my Contact List as DISREGARD CALL. What else can I do? My guess is that the other people here are correc that these callers are SCAM ARTISTS for nothing good that is for sure.
I can live with MR OR MRS DISREGARD CALL showing up on my caller ID. I've therefore defeated them. YES !!!!

They call my phone all the time and don't say anythang just hang up or sit on the line. Sometimes you can hear a tv in the background. really grow up. You ain't gonna ruin my day...LOL IN OKC
They called today claiming to be the KC Star. I asked why the caller ID said "The Oklahoman". They said that was a mistake & wanted to confirm my name address & phone number so they could send some coupons. She said they would be arriving shortly even if I didn't want them to. I asked her why she was calling then. She said it was to confirm their information. I told her I never give personal info over the phone & I didn't want any more junk mail or flyers sent to my house. She got belligerent with me & asked if my wife ever uses coupons. I told her no, we just recycle all the junk sent. I asked her what her companies real name was & she said

Etc etc, eventually I got to a supervisor & asked they never call again.
She was polite & said OK. She gave me an address for their company:

I called the KC Star & eventually got through to
Paul Searcy in circulation, who admitted the Pisa Group
was working for them on a promotion. I asked for their
company never to call again, he said OK.
These clowns called me in September & October under different
numbers, each time I asked them never to call again.
I guess I'll file another complaint on donotcall.gov for all the
good that never does...
Oh yeah, there was dead air when I picked up. I waited 5 seconds and
finally said "Hello". Then connected to a person. Isn't that the
hallmark of a predictive dialler? Didn't they make it illegal to use
those just recently?
