This number is now blocked. If it was Enterprise why don't they leave a message to let you know they are taking a survey. And how do we REALLY know it is Enterprise? There's a a lot of fraud out there.
I've rented cars from Enterprise Car Rental before, but never had anyone call for a survey about my experience till this last time. It's definitely Enterprise Car Rental as they new exactly my last rental information. They didn't ask me anything that sounded like they were phising for personal information. I answered their questions about my latest experience with my last Enterprise Car Rental which was a Cadillac XTS and they new all the info about the car that was in my contract service agreement. All these people's speculation that it's some type of scammers is ludicrous!
It's called get a life!
Same as others. Didn't pick up b/c I don't know anyone in Missouri. They didn't leave a message. I rented from Enterprise last week, but don't remember anyone mentioning a survey. If they call again, I'll answer.
