Cardinal Home Improvements sounds right--they stopped by my house and I talked to them for a few minutes, but I've never used their services. They keep calling and hanging up though...probably a bunch of sales guys just have to show they've made "x-number" of calls in one day so they call a bunch of ppl and hang up.
