This number has called my phone 10 times in approximately the last 24 hours, sometimes with 3 calls in 3 minutes. They don't leave a voice mail and I'd rather not answer the phone when I don't know who's calling. Considering the number of other similar phone numbers, I think it's some sort of scam or something of that nature.
