I think the phone rang around 10:30 p.m. and this number was on the caller ID, along with "Unavailable."  When I answered I could hear a man talking in a conversational tone with someone one else.  He was telling about how he was against something (I just can't remember what it was) but I felt like I was eavesdropping on someone who was a presidential candidate, but I didn't recognize the voice as a familiar one. It was not a clear connection and it felt like they were unaware of anyone else listening to their conversation.  After a short period of time, their voices just faded completely away...and I said hello again and got no answer and hung up.  Then when I went on line to check this area code, I got the message there were no results.  So I did a Google search and found this website.  Very strange!
