Who called from 6393320916

Called the number and it says its not in service. I have had 4 calls like this just today from these area codes 471, 404, 463, 639. All scams I believe

I have had three calls so far from these numbers.
Area codes 639, 472, and 621

Calls but no voice mail

Got a call from 639 332 0916, I never answer unknown numbers. Did the *67 call block & called it, all I got was an immediate busy signal. Then 3 minutes later got a call from 0000000 unknown... Must be spam.
