Called said my computer is giving info to Microsoft of infected virus bull!! Wanted me to turn on my computer and type what they tell me. Then he would let me know if mine was one that was infected or not. These ppl are so convincing too. I've had 7 different numbers in the past week call me about the same thing. From United Kingdom to Canada to Tennessee. This is so wrong that they're allowed to get away with this.
A guy named James and he claimed he was calling from the IRS. I'm sure it is a phishing expeditition and the guy sounded like he was from India. I'm sure it is a scam. The IRS doesn't call people typically, they notify you by mail.
