Fraudulent, phishers doing their stupid games: hide behind spoofed phone numbers and troll for victims to extort, steal id, harass and annoy in general. Evil.
Didn't recognize the number so let the answer machine pick it up. After that all I heard was someone say "goodbye' I am on the Do Not Call list but it has done no good as I get these "unknown" calls all the time and just don't answer, but look the number up on the computer so I am glad others respond to this.
