Company called GDS Solutions called me and claimed there was a law suit against me from a payday loan from a company called Pack Management Group. Back in 2006 they claimed I never paid loan back.  I do not remember this loan company.  I took out a few short term payday loans and always repaid in full. This GDS Solutions claim they can not give documents of a contract I signed, or any kind of paper trail, yet, they expect me to give them account numbers so they can draw an agreed amount of money out each month or week. They have old information about me and the last 4 of my SS# and claim I will have to pay all court cost and have my wage garnished. I am not convinced an arbitrary Company can claim money without Documentation.  They claim I took out loan in 2006, it became delinquent in 2013 and I am just being contacted NOW????  Is this legal?  what is going on, what do I do?  Never took out a long term payday loan.  Never received any contact from Pack Management Group. How is that possible, when I moved I have always made address change.  They claim they have e-mailed me for years at an email address I changed in 2010.  I can not imagine it is legal to collect funds, without paper documents.
