said was IRS.  not true.  IRS does not call.  they send a letter first/  never give anyonr your info if they say they are from IRS and you have never gotten a  letter from IRS

I Got a call from someone claiming to be the IRS. They said I was being sued and left a call back number 6414508206  I called and got an asian man at a very loud call center.  His accent was so thick I couldn't understand him and hung up.

is this from IRS? or a fake call?

It's a scam. The IRS does not call, they use the good ole post office. Block and ignore.
