Solicitation call to lower my credit card interest rates. When I push '1' and get a live person to tell them to please take me off their call list, they hang up. This is twice in two months.
Called at approximately 12:30pm PST. I was at work, so did not answer. Have received calls from this number before. Have never answered. Attempted to call back, and got message that this was not a working number.
