Calls never leaves a message

I answered. Middle-eastern man. Young. I believe he knew my name when I answered. He said to me 'This is the US Government Grants Department...' I simply hung up. I have no particular reason to  believe the call was legitimate. Apparently its a phone scam in which they tell you that they have money for you according to the first result when you google us government grants department.

This number keeps calling and asking for my Father. When I ask who they are they hang up on me.
