Who called from 6461995582

Called two days in a row in the mornings, no message left and I didn't answer. Suppose to be an invalid number so probably spoofing their number.

Probably spoofing. I called it and its a non working number

Guy called me on my cell phone claiming to be with the US Government stating some department, I could not understand him. I asked what department  "The IRS" he was again and told me ":f**k you".  First off OUR Us Government, from my experience, would never say any expletives. Secondly, the Government  does not have a 646 prefix and if they did change that is news to me. The IRS starts with an 855 prefix. New this was bogus from the start. Taken aback that he used profanity... to make a point??

Middle eastern-sounding man called me claiming to be from some government agency. I use profanity asking him if he thought I was stupid and then I and hung up on him
