I had a missed call from this number today and called the number back blocked and the recording said it was "First National Collection Bureau." But I didn't speak with a live person when I called the number back, likely bc it's 935pm & no one is there to answer the phone.
These monkeys manage to attain an F rating by the BBB for having 333 complaints filed against and only resolving 2.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

This company is saying that I owe them for a payday loan that I do not have. They have the last 4 of my social security number and threaten me with court proceedings. This company calls themselves CRS SOLUTIONS, Chris Johnson (african american) says he is calling on behalf of Horizon for an outstanding payday loan I did not receive from them. I called him again and he said that it was gonna turn this over to an investigator and my wages will be reviewed. When I said I was reporting his company he said that they have nothing to do with it and why did I call back and stop borrowing money then (rude and nasty). And they keep calling from various 646 numbers. I also have 646 354 2096. So once again I will reporting them to the local tv station, BBB, and Federal Bureau like I have done another company claiming the same exact thing.
If you didn't receive a notification letter from them, then don't even bother answering the phone when they call.
This company is crap they use untold caller ID's and I don't know how many company names they go by (three different ones for me so far) Like I always say" no letter, no response"
