Called caller back. Had nothing else to do. Puerto Rican woman answered.  NYC, USA. "Rural Grant Department."  Uh, no.  No thanks.

I won a Grant of $9,000. Because I pay my Bills on time and don't have a criminal record or Bankruptcy! I can go to Walgreens and purchase a card to pay $250. Registration for being registered in the state of New York! I called Walgreens they said no they don't do that kind of stuff! Scammers!
