IRS scammer. Totally unprofessional and scaremongering attempt to have you call them and pay for some lie that the IRS filed a lawsuit against you and to stop this you need to call them back and pay over the phone. Don't fall for this lie. The "REAL" IRS is very good notifying you with official mail and very professional with the information. Block them and report the scammers when they call.
