Received 3 calls from this number in past 3 hours.  A woman leaves a message about a lawsuit and warrant for arrest.  Total scam.  IRS does not call and leave messages.  They contact by mail.

I have received many calls about collection of money from the IRS and taking me to court if I don't pay from 6463571823

Computer generated call states the IRS is going to sue me.  I called them back like 5 different times each time the person answering the phone has a India or Pakistani dialect
