646-358-4469 called 10:36am on 21 Nov 2016. CID NEW YORK NY. India-type accent, asked about MediCare coverage. Claims to be from Medicare.

The number called my house number. I answered hello what can i do for you and then a guy with a heavy indian accent  start shouting, hang up hang up, hang up you american pig. and then he hung up on me.

Answering machine picked up but no message was left. I heard it was a scam to get your personal information

This is a scam to get your personal information.  There are a lot of crazy people in this world; DO NOT ANSWER YOUR TELEPHONE :-(
