Same... John William's State Trooper's office calling (ya state trooper back in 1979) calling to issue arrest warrant from IRS... all the same stuff others said. Called back and it said a Mark Brown from IRS - vm full. My phone said " probable scam" when call came in.
They actually left a v.m! I'm shocked! I never answer when i don't recognize the number. Same old BS....IRS scam, I owe them money, arrest warrant has been issued....BLAH....BLAH....BLAH!

Same as above... State police calling to issue arrest warrant for IRS fraud. Call back or police will pick up. Interesting was that the number was out of state. Called back to see what happened and as above Mark Brown from IRS and voicemail is not taking calls.
