Well, regarding flotation I can tell you that financial documents are prepared. The year 2009 will be well above their own expectation in terms of sales and revenue. Until the year end QT Globe is predicting to have about 500.000 subscribers!
As you can read on their homepage, France Telecom interconnected after a one year period of quality checks! This, in my opinion is a really good sign. And in the next weeks maybe also Deutsche Telecom could be another big customer!
I believe personally, and what I directly heared from the company, QT Globe Inc. will float in Nov, latest Dec this year. The real price depends on their documents, reports, sales, revenues and will checked through SEC.
I can also imagine, that management will keep as much as possible information inside the company, because in these economic area, big telephone companies can take over them. And this was already under discussion with France Telecom!!
So we will see how things go forward. I personally believe that QT Globe Inc. with MEDcom Communication and QT Talk LLC are going to be a good IPO as Skype would not go public and was sold privatly.

i really trust this man by just talk to him on the phone, so if i had more funds available i would have invested without any hesitation
so as bob tell me the company will get listed until Feb 2010 the maximum and when the markets will be more stable
they expect share price to be around the region of usd 10
