Called asking for me by name...clearly a loud call center background noise. Claimed to be Senior Care something or other. Senior Care. I told them not to call again.
I answered the phone and a female with a strong accent mangled my husband's name when asking for him. I asked her in German whether she was calling from Austria. After a little back and forth in which I continued to speak only German, she asked whether I could speak English, and I answered "nein." That at least got rid of her. I'm glad to know that this actually was a scammer.
